Lycan: Solomon’s Odyssey Updates 3/6/22

Hey everyone! I hope you had a great week!

There is quite a bit to talk about!

Lycan: Solomon's Odyssey Chapter 1

As I mentioned previously, I purchased ISBN numbers, barcodes and a copyright for the series. This week, I updated the art files to include this barcode, number and copyright so that the books will have everything they need in order to sell properly.

Also, the hardcopy proof shipped on Tuesday...and then arrived on Thursday, much faster than I originally was told! I reviewed proof and I think we are ready to move forward. I'm hoping to get the updated files to the printer this week, and then start the printing process.

I also received the enamel pins for the Kickstarter rewards! They look great, and I can't wait to get them into people's hands. In addition, I submitted the items needed for Kickstarter backers so hopefully we'll be getting the shirts, hats, prints and posters back soon!

Chapter 2

No updates for coloring, but we did receive pages 17 and 18 this week! Soon, we'll be getting into pages that feature Kickstarter backers!

Chapter 3

As of 3AM this morning, I finished the rough draft! It turns out that while my layout looked like the book would be 86 pages long, the draft came in at an even 90. In the end, it may end up being shorter or longer, but its hard to tell until the editor starts to sink her teeth into it. I'm excited to move on to the next phase with the book!
